  Must see than you are in Asturias. You can visit a real mine! A lot of wonderful machinery. My daughters spent wonderful time there. Very interesting exhibitions

  A hidden treasure. Large museum with lots of mining equipment and information about the mining process. Most interesting is the tour below the museum which shows how mining has been performed over the last 200 years or so in Asturias.

  World class museum about the history of mining in Asturias and in general. The tour of a "mine" below the building is very well done and conveys a great sense of the working conditions and technology. Also has a great exhibition on the history of explosives and chemistry as well as sections on medicine, scientific instruments etc. We spent 3h+ here - definitely worth a visit!
